Upper Brookville Car Stickers Now Available for Residents

The new Village of Upper Brookville sticker.

Reflective VUB stickers are now available at the Village Hall to residents for their personal automobiles. They permit Old Brookville and other police to quickly identify resident autos. In responding to a burglar alarm, for example, police can skip the step of checking out license plates in the driveway and can move on to more pressing business.

Knowing that a car entering a driveway late at night belongs to a resident makes police work more efficient and the village safer.

Residents may collect the stickers in person at the Village Hall or email their requests to Tracy Lynch, Village Clerk/Treasurer (see “Contact the Village” on this website), listing the plate number of their cars needing stickers. Tracy will then mail  out the stickers. There is no charge.

The stickers will also permit free or discounted entry to future Village-sponsored events.

Stickers should be placed on either the left rear bumper or to the left of the license plate.
