In September 2016, Tracy Lynch  resumed her role of Clerk /Treasurer for the Village of Upper Brookville continuing her 9th year of managing the Village’s affairs.

Prior to joining Upper Brookville, she spent 5 years in the Village of Muttontown’s Building Department and was a member of their Planning Board for 10 years. 

Her career started with LILCO as an Instrumentation & Controls Engineer for the Shoreham Nuclear Power Plant & later as a Transmission & Design Engineer.

In the 1990’s, she worked for NYNEX designing fiber optic business telephone distribution networks & their subsidiary, NYNEX CableComms in the UK managing a team responsible for the design of fiber optic telephone & cable TV systems.  

Tracy grew up in Woodbury & attended Syosset High School. Tracy graduated from the Polytechnic Institute of NY in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

When she & her husband Tim returned to the States in 1998, they purchased a home in Muttontown where they continue living today with their three daughters Olivia, Sophia & Annabel.
